In the hot summer, many people use this boat dock to launch their tubes and kayaks to float down the river. We also like to swim here. The fishing is usually really good or really bad and there is no in between. This is also a barbless zone, so the hooks that you are using have to be barbless. This area has a variety of fish. There is no fishing here between October 31 and January 1 because the river is closed to fishing down to Ancil Hoffman. I took the following pictures at dusk just minutes before it got dark.
