Sailor Bar Pond

Sailor Bar Pond is a favorite fishing place for me during the bluegill spawn. During the rest of the year however, you may manage a few fish but nowhere near how many you catch during the spawn. This pond also has shad in it so you may be able to catch fish on shad imitations.

As you drive into the Sailor Bar Recreation Area, you will take the first right into the first parking area.
